RETURN POLICY

Eclipse Optics Inspection and Return Policy

Upon receipt of your Eclipse Optics product, you are obliged to conduct a thorough examination immediately. Should the item be found defective or damaged, it is incumbent upon you to notify us within a period not exceeding seven (7) days from the date of receipt, for the purpose of rectification.

To facilitate improvements in our quality control measures and to successfully file a damaged item claim with the shipping carrier, submission of photographic evidence of the damaged item is required. Acknowledging the rare possibility of damage during transit, we stress the importance of inspecting the glasses promptly upon delivery to ascertain their safety for use.

If approved for a return, the customer shall bear the cost of return postage for any returns, which must be executed within fourteen (14) days from the date of approval. No restocking fees shall be applied.

Please contact us to obtain the return shipping address. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund shall be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days, often same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, depending on the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and Eclipse Optics is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by shipping delays.

    We offer the following USPS services:

    • USPS Ground Advantage
    • USPS Priority Mail
    • USPS Priority Mail Express

      Please pay close attention at checkout. We will ship according to the service you select and cannot make modifications after the order is placed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are pulled directly from carriers at the time a checkout is initiated. They are estimates only. 

      Order cutoff is 12pm Mountain. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. 

      3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

      You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

      4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

      Eclipse Glasses USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

      5. Damaged/Lost Items in Transit

      An item is not lost until the carrier deems it lost. Delayed shipments are not considered lost. In the event of a delay, a missing mail search can be initiated (allow 1-2 business days for this be performed). No refunds will be issued until confirmation by the carrier that the item is indeed lost.

      Eclipse Optics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We are happy to provide necessary information but it is the recipient's responsibility to pursue claims for shipping damage or losses.

      6. Modifications to Service

      Eclipse Optics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

      Eclipse Optics's eyewear purchased using Buy With Prime are subject to Amazon's Prime return policy.

      You can return items up to 30 days after the delivery date.
