SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY AND SCHEDULE (UPDATED 10/7/23)
All eclipse glasses orders will begin shipping around the end of August and up until October 13 (using UPS Next Day Air Early). See anticipated shipping schedule:

We offer the following UPS services (recommended for speed and assurance):
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air (cut off 12pm Mountain time)*
- UPS Next Day Air (cut off 12pm Mountain time)*
- UPS Next Day Air Early 8am delivery (cut off 12pm Mountain time)*
We offer the following USPS services (please consider that there is no mail service on 10/9 due to federal holiday):
- USPS First Class Mail (no tracking and lengthy delivery time, not recommended)
- USPS Ground Advantage (may not get by 10/13)
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Express
Please pay close attention at checkout. We will ship according to the service you select and cannot make modifications after the order is processed.
Local Pickup
If you are local to Utah, you can select local pickup at checkout. Orders must be picked up within 24 hours or the order will be canceled. It is the buyer's responsibility to schedule a pickup time.
RETURN POLICY
Please examine your eclipse glasses the moment you get them. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right. We will require a photo of the damaged eclipse glasses to help us improve our quality control. Damage can occur, however unlikely, during the shipping process so it is imperative that you inspect the glasses upon receipt in order to ensure they are still safe to use.
Customer will be responsible for purchase of return postage and must be returned within 14 days. No restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted after 10/13.
iso certification
Our eclipse glasses have been tested in an accredited US lab and meet the ISO 12312-2 standard. You can rest easy knowing your are protected.
CE certification
Our eclipse glasses have received a CE mark for added quality assurance.
American Astronomical society
Eclipse Glasses USA is an approved eclipse glasses vendor by the American Astronomical Society (AAS). This means we only sell USA-made glasses that conform to the ISO 12312-2 standard.
